Great host, gave precise directions to the vehicle pickup and was responsive with any questions.

Was a reasonably priced vehicle.
Pros: Very informative and personable host. Clearly communicated pickup process with shuttle info, parking info, etc. the vehicle was reliable, relatively clean, and had very good gas mileage.
Cons: I didn't get the vehicle I rented and while the reasoning made absolute sense, I was kind of bummed to get a sedan replacement instead of a full size SUV like I rented. This was out of the host's control (the reason the SUV was not available) I just wish it would have been communicated prior to me looking for the car.
Overall I would absolutely rent again. The host preemptively helped me get a discount and answered any questions I had. Also I didn't have to pay for any airport parking which I've had to do with different hosts in the past so that was also a plus.
