The car was clean and in mint condition. Communication with the host was great. It was fun to rent the Tesla Model 3 for the weekend while we wait for ours to be delivered later this month and learn all the features. We would definitely rent from this host again.

Awesome car to drive. Only my secund time to rent a Tesla. Great ride and easy to operate. Range is good. I took a long trip and there were enough Superchargers to make the charging stops reasonable.

First time renting a car from Turo. Renting from Full Self Driving LLC was the best choice I have made - the host was extremely informative, provided videos and pictures, told me exactly where I can find the car, told me exactly how to check out and was very responsive. The host went above and beyond when I notified them of low air in each of the tires. I offered to add air to them but the host sent a Tesla technician to meet me to fill in the air instead - totally awesome. I would totally rent from this host again when I’m in Dallas. Thank you again for making my trip a positive experience. I appreciate the timely responses, excellent communication, and offering to add air to the tires. AWESOME.

Sergio’s 2025 Tesla Model Y was absolutely perfect. The car was spotless, smooth, and super fun to drive, especially with Full Self Driving enabled. It made the whole experience feel futuristic in the best way. Sergio was easy to communicate with and made the pickup and return a breeze. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend and rent again.

I had a fantastic experience renting this 2024 Tesla Model 3. The car was spotless inside and out—clearly detailed and extremely well cared for. It felt brand new when I picked it up. The pickup process was completely seamless and hassle-free. Everything was clearly communicated, on time, and easy to follow, which made the start of the trip stress-free. The car itself drove perfectly and was exactly as described. The host was outstanding, friendly, responsive, and professional throughout the entire rental. Communication was quick and helpful, and they made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from this host again and would highly recommend both the car and this host.

Great car. New model Y. Easy to pick up at DFW rental car center turo lot which is literally accessible with the same rental bus drop off. Host very communicative. We got app access. No premium connectivity or FSD or keycard but I had no issues with access. Valet in DFW is a problem though with no keycard. Had J1772 adapter but no other plugs or mobile connector provided which I believe is standard anyway. Overall would rent this again. Loved it.
