The car was nice, expensive in Texas compared to California prices. And I gave a rating of 4 due to lack of communication in a timely manner and feeling as if my business wasn’t appreciated as for reason to lack of responses, being left on read and having to wait to get access upon pickup and drop off to lockbox ( it is usually in message after DL submission and pickup confirmation).
