This trip we rented his Cadillac SUV, and it was absolutely pristine—immaculately clean, well-maintained, and a pleasure to drive. The host was was responsive throughout entire rental process. Vehicle is large for small family and decent on gas for its size. Drives smoothly with Ice cold AC! Bluetooth capable for GPS guide and music! Definitely worth the price of rental

A perfect choice for a road trip, the car handles well, bluetooth connection is simple, and it's a comfortable ride - the seats kinda hug you . Getting in touch with the owner was very simple and he gave clear instructions as to which gas to use, parking spot, etc. He also was flexible about pick up time. I highly recommend using this sporty blue BMW💙 Side note: the brakes are really sensitive but once you get used to it, it's a non-issue.

This is my 4th time renting and I am very satisfied with the cleanliness, the price, the car itself, and the fast/clear communication! Will definitely rent again and highly recommend.

This was a good car they did change cars on us before our trip not a big deal but still an issue as we were looking at buying that specific car so wanted to drive one for a week to test it out. Owner was very nice and drove us back to the airport!

It was a great ride and fit my family of 4 perfectly. It was also a smooth ride. All of us had ample space for our 7hr journey ea way (San Antonio, Tx to Mcalester, Oklahoma) and back. The large windows also made it easy to get great pictures of the beautiful lakes and mountains in Oklahoma. The check in and check out was very simple, too. The Model X was spotless, smooth, and a blast to drive. Plenty of space, great range, and easy pickup. The host was responsive and made the rental seamless. I'd happily book again! The vehicle was exactly as described, clean inside and out, and made the entire trip even more enjoyable. Could add an adapter to charge with non-Tesla chargers at hotels.

Good rental definitely got me where I needed to be ! and had no issues with it inside nor out took me on the vacation I needed.

This was my first time driving an electric vehicle, and she took the time to thoroughly explain everything so I felt completely comfortable and confident before my trip. What really stood out was how thoughtful she was. She even mapped out charging stations along my route to my destination, which made traveling stress-free and easy. Her communication was excellent, and she responded quickly whenever I had a question. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I truly appreciated her professionalism and outstanding customer service. I would absolutely rent from her again and highly recommend her to anyone considering booking her vehicle!

Dominick was awesome, and the truck was in great condition. My only issue was with Turo’s customer service. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Communication was difficult, and when I asked to speak with a supervisor about changing the pickup location, the representatives seemed frustrated rather than helpful. Despite the issues with Turo, Dominick did everything he could to assist me and worked with me to the best of his ability. To make matters worse, Turo attempted to charge me additional fees within hours of my scheduled return time. I truly appreciate Dominick’s professionalism and willingness to help. He made the rental experience much better than it otherwise would have been.
