Car was in the cleanest, and best working condition I have had for any rental. Communication before during and after prompt and helpful. And the price very competitive. Their system to check the car out and return it with photo documentation very easy to use. This was less expensive than taking Waymo or cyber cabs for the entire stay. And more convenient.

Clean car, rides smoothly, strong AC, straightforward pickup, responsive host. There's some wear, particularly on the outside (dents, scratches), but it's not noticable from a distance and for a practical rental at an affordable price it's worth the trade off.
We had such a great experience with this rental! The 2025 Ford Bronco Sport was absolutely impeccable, very clean, comfortable, and so much fun to drive around during our trip. Pickup was extremely easy and straightforward, and drop-off was just as simple. Communication with the host was excellent throughout the entire process. She was very responsive, helpful, and incredibly nice, which made everything feel stress-free from start to finish. As a younger renter, I especially appreciated how easy and smooth the entire experience was. We were so happy to have such a great vehicle to get around in, and it honestly made our trip even more enjoyable. Everything was exactly as expected, if not better. Iskandar, JAGGGGG! 🙌🔥 The F-Pace was absolutely perfect for our four-day getaway with friends! We had four people, three days of F1, and plenty of amazing food, drinks, and fun — and the Jag was the perfect SUV for the trip. Iskandar was an awesome host from start to finish. He was quick to answer any questions, super easy to communicate with, and very understanding when I accidentally misplaced an item. Pickup and drop-off were both incredibly easy, and the F-Pace was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I highly recommend Iskandar as a host and would absolutely rent from him again. This Turo rental was great. The car was very clean, smelled great, and drove great. Also great on gas. Syed was super helpful when I was experiencing some hiccups on my checking out of the trip. The only thing that threw me off, was the parking fee was already up to $15 because the car was parked so early, but honestly, the car was affordable and Syed was so great to deal with, so that is a moot point. Just a thing I wasn’t prepared for, but I was glad to pay it after the total experience.

First time using Turo, pretty simple, as advertised. Company who's car I rented was very helpful. 2019 vehicle with a couple small issues but to be expected in a 7 year old car. Overall I'd rent again when traditional rentals are not available or traditional rental companies are price gouging based on local events in the area (which was the case the week I rented in Austin TX).
