Everything was great overall! The car was very clean, in excellent condition, and communication was easy and responsive. As a Tesla owner, two things are helpful to know in advance. First, you won’t be able to use the Tesla app with this rental. For me, one of the main reasons I rent a Tesla when traveling is the seamless experience of using an app I already know. Instead, I needed to download and learn a different app to access and use the car. It worked fine, but it added a little more friction than I personally prefer when traveling. If you’re not already a Tesla owner, though, I can see the app-based access being a nice feature. Second, the “airport parking” is actually at an off-site parking facility, so you’ll need to take a shuttle between the airport and the car. Again, everything worked as expected, but it’s an additional step that I would have liked to know about ahead of time. These are really just personal preferences and don’t impact my rating or the quality of the rental. The car and service were great. I think these details are helpful to know upfront, especially if you’re a Tesla owner or want a seamless airport pickup experience.
