SUV rental near Austin-Bergstrom International Airport

First time using Turo, pretty simple, as advertised. Company who's car I rented was very helpful. 2019 vehicle with a couple small issues but to be expected in a 7 year old car. Overall I'd rent again when traditional rentals are not available or traditional rental companies are price gouging based on local events in the area (which was the case the week I rented in Austin TX).

Great rental experience overall! The vehicle was clean, reliable, and exactly as described. Pickup was a little confusing at first because I wasn’t familiar with the airport layout, but the hosts were extremely communicative and patiently walked me through finding the vehicle. Their responsiveness made the process much easier and stress-free. The Chevrolet Trax was comfortable, fuel-efficient, and perfect for our trip. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to future guests.

Amazing experience! The FSD was absolutely fantastic and made the trip so much more enjoyable. The car was exactly as advertised and pick up and drop off were smooth. My only complaint is that my reservation was at 4:00 and the car was parked a little after 2:00 at the airport, so I had to pay for 3 hours of parking, by the time I got to the car around 4:30. I would rent from him again as over all it was still easier, cheaper and more convenient than traditional rental cars.

He is the best! He helped us with everything. He is very easy to communicate and he works with everything that fits our budget. Me and my girlfriend loved how the process was. We needed to get into another car and he helped us get into one the same day! Thank you so much we appreciate you!
