The pickup process and communication with Ted were smooth and easy throughout. However, I’m giving this a three-star rating due to several issues with the vehicle. The sunroof did not work, which was a key reason for renting the car. Additionally, none of the interior lights were functioning, one of the taillights was out, and the car was making unusual noises under the hood. Lastly, the vehicle could have been cleaned prior to pickup.
That said, if you’re simply looking for an affordable vehicle to get around town, it does the job.
