Car was clean and perfect, handoff was fine/punctual. Only complaints would be... Remember how Airbnb Used to be peer-to-peer and had a personal touch, but then became overun with larger and larger operations that felt more corporate, making you do everything for the owner and then threatening you with fees if you didn't, making you feel like you're walking on eggshells instead of enjoying your vacation? Maybe I've been gone from turo for too and that's the new normal, but that's kind of what it reminded me of.
