Great experience! Instructions on how to use the car were sent a week in advance. Instructions on where to pick up the car were clear and included pictures for every step of the way. Car was very clean and charged fully ready for us to start our trip. The self driving feature is invaluable when navigating a new city. Paul was great with questions that came up. Will definitely rent his Tesla when we return!

It’s a nice car. It does not hold a charge well.- but this is my first time driving a Tesla so maybe I was unfamiliar with how it holds a charge, in the area I was in the closest charger was 20 minutes away and took over 5 hours to charge so it was not in anyway convenient. Drove smoothly and no issues, if you like teslas this could be the car for you, but I’d rather stick to traditional gas powered car

For future guests, Tesla Superchargers are located throughout the San Antonio area, typically within about 15 minutes of anywhere in the city, and can recharge the vehicle in about 20 minutes. The vehicle battery had issues. Fully charged it only had a range of 90 miles.

Thank you for your feedback. Full charge is 260 miles. I’m sorry your trip was impacted by reduced driving range and charging difficulties. After the vehicle was returned, I performed a thorough inspection and found no active battery health concerns, alerts, faults, or diagnostic trouble codes, and the issue could not be replicated. As a courtesy, I covered all Tesla Supercharging and prepaid EV charging costs. I will continue monitoring the vehicle to ensure it remains reliable.
