Michael was very very helpful, Kind, & On point at all times about his vehicle! When I needed assistance The communication was always on point! I'm definitely satisfied with his overall customer service and how he was very knowledgeableme about the whole rental process! Me & my daughter's are so appreciate of him to the highest! Michael is hands-down the best Turo host! We rent from him every time we're in San Antonio, and he never disappoints. This trip we rented his Cadillac SUV, and it was absolutely pristine—immaculately clean, well-maintained, and a pleasure to drive.
