This was my second time renting from this host, and once again it was a great experience. The SUV was clean, drove well, and was exactly as described. The pickup and drop-off process was smooth and easy, and communication was excellent throughout the trip. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable rental experience.
We received friendly service by the host from the moment we booked the vehicle to the night before our rental vehicle needed to be returned. The location of the vehicle pick-up was explained easily and fully, do didn't have any trouble finding the vehicle. The condition of the body of the vehicle was good and it's performance was great! Cleanliness was acceptable and the vehicle was nearly fully fueled (we returned it fully fueled). We were reimbursed immediately for the airport parking lot fee we had paid upon exiting the parking lot. The owner provided us with information on how to avoid airport and parking lot fees, which we took advantage of at time of check-out. Host is very responsive. A minor hiccup we had, which we're not sure what the issue may have been (buttons on lockbox felt loose), but the lockbox didn't lock for us at the end when we returned the vehicle, and we did our very best to secure the key inside. We would gladly rent this vehicle from this host again, and recommend this car and host for your future rental needs. We were in Washington, D.C. for our son's college graduation. This reservation was an experience I must admit it wasn’t my favorite; however it had nothing to do with the host/hosts. The pickup was precise and communication was effective. For it to be a 2022 VW the features appear to be outdated, for example, the manual seat adjustments. Overall, clean and well maintained vehicle.
Stephen was a great host, and I truly enjoyed my trip! The vehicle was reliable, smooth to drive, spacious, and very helpful for my travel needs. It got me safely to and from my destination without any issues, and I appreciated having such a dependable vehicle for a long-distance trip. Communication was good, and the overall rental experience was positive! As a suggestion for future guests, I would have greatly appreciated a more thorough interior and exterior cleaning before pickup, as well as a little more transparency regarding the parking fees associated with the vehicle. Overall, I am grateful for the opportunity to rent from Stephen and would consider booking with him again in the future. Thank you for helping make my trip possible!

He also gave very helpful guidance regarding charging the vehicle and parking ideas while visiting DC, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. I rented this car for nearly six months, and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The car was reliable, safe, comfortable, and took me everywhere I needed to go without a single problem the entire time. What really made the experience great was the host. The Cayenne is the perfect 2 row SUV for getting around the city. Luxurious. Roomy enough for 4 adults with plenty of trunk space. Easy to park on city streets. Paisos was the best Turo host I have had in several years. I will be renting from him the next time I'm in town.
