We had a great experience with this truck! It ran perfectly, was very clean, spacious, and made our family road trip comfortable from start to finish. Pickup was quick and easy, and the instructions for accessing the vehicle were clear and simple to follow. The only minor thing we noticed was a slight mildew-like smell inside the truck, which may have been from recently cleaning the carpets. It wasn’t enough to take away from our trip, though. Overall, we really enjoyed the truck and would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you for a great rental experience!

We had a seamless pickup, even though we were new to Turo. When we had a difficult time with an injury on vacation, Vincent went above and beyond to make our trip and return process as easy as possible. Vincent was very kind and helpful. When we are in the area, we will only rent from Vincent.
Daniel provided excellent communication immediately after I made the vehicle reservation and remained responsive throughout the entire trip. He also gave very helpful guidance regarding charging the vehicle and parking ideas while visiting DC, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. The car itself was clean, sporty, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything worked exactly as expected, and the pickup and return process was simple and convenient.
