Great Experience, Adam made sure the experience was absolutely smooth. As I booked my car rental he contacted me and made sure my travel arrangements were taken care of. He offered a complementary Uber service from the train station to the dealership and back; which, was extremely helpful. Through my stay he stayed in touch making sure I had no issues with the car. And even until the end of my trip he helped arrange my Uber very effectively and was in touch until I made it back home safe. Truly amazed with the service and definitely recommended and will contact them as I’m back in the area.

Excellent car and host. You can’t expect a better service than this. Mei was responsive and comprehensive anytime I needed something during my trip. She let me keep the car for few more hours cost free because I had some delays on my way back. If you’re looking for a Tesla model X for rent, this is the best you can have in this area.

The experience of renting the car from Hart Nissan (Adam) was exceptional. He was very professional and even made my check in smooth by taking the pictures for me. There was one small bump in the road when I extended my rental from 9am to 11pm. After accepting the extension, Adam reached out to me later to overturn the extension because the dealership will be closed at 11pm and he actually thought the extension was for 11am. We agreed to change the extension to 4pm instead and he even offered a discount for my next rental to compensate for my cancelled plans. I def. Recommend hart Nissan.

Tommy's 2014 Explorer carried me, my two teenagers, plus a friend to the beach, loaded with ice chests, beach chairs, boogie boards, and luggage. We rode in comfort and I enjoyed the drive (except for traffic on I-95 between DC and Richmond). Safe, roomy, and comfortable - would recommend!
