⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely fantastic host! The pickup process was easy, seamless, and very accommodating from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the trip. the host was responsive, friendly, and great to work with. The Tesla was amazing, and experiencing the Full Self-Driving feature made this an unforgettable birthday trip. Charging was surprisingly simple and, in my opinion, much easier and more convenient than refueling with gas. Unfortunately, as I was exiting the highway behind an Amazon delivery van, a rock was thrown from the van’s path and struck the windshield, causing a crack. I was heartbroken because I’m very particular about my own belongings, and I treat anything I rent with that same level of care and respect. I immediately reported it and did everything I could to address the situation during the trip, and I’m confident everything will be worked out through the proper process. This truly was an incredible birthday experience. Even my youngest cried when it was time to return the Tesla because he loved it so much! That alone says how much we all enjoyed the experience. I genuinely appreciate the opportunity to rent from such an outstanding host. I would absolutely rent from them again without hesitation and highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a smooth, enjoyable Tesla experience. The host was A1 amazing. Pickup at the gas station is a god-send because it was so convenient and dropping off since you’re able to fill up. The car is very nice and very new which is a plus. However, this car was not the best car for long distance travel. It drives rather jerkily, the interior ride sound is loud, and there is not much absorption of highway bumps in the rear of the car. The interior mechanisms were mostly manual - seat adjustment, etc. There are no vents and no charging ports for the rear passengers. The Bluetooth connectors aren’t very user friendly and when CarPlay connects, the audio system automatically balances all sound to the front and silences sound in the rear. The highway MPG was limited but the gas tank seemed pretty small. So again, the host was awesome-responsive and very accommodating. But this car was not the best for a road trip. The host seems to have other cars so I would rent from the host again, just not this car.

Amazing!! Communication was consistent and they were super responsive. They made my niece’s 7th birthday! Our original reservation canceled last minute and they came to the rescue with letting me book day of within hours of pick up 🙌🏾. The smile on her face made the day 😊 TY

Theo is an awesome host. Prompt responses and very friendly and professional. The Escalade may have had nearly 70k miles, but it looked and drove like brand new. It is clear that Theo is meticulous in maintaining his fleet. We took it on a road trip that was 9 hours each way, and not once was I worried about the car. Theo even reached out during the trip to see that all was well. I have every confidence in Theo, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Experience! We had an outstanding experience renting this 2019 Lincoln Navigator. The SUV was exceptionally comfortable, making even long drives relaxing and enjoyable. The ride was incredibly smooth, with excellent suspension that handled both highways and city streets effortlessly. The interior was spacious and well-designed, providing plenty of legroom and headroom for all passengers, along with ample cargo space for our luggage. The seats were supportive and luxurious, which made the entire trip even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a full-size SUV that offers comfort, a quiet and smooth ride, and plenty of space for both passengers and luggage, I highly recommend the 2019 Lincoln Navigator. It exceeded my expectations and made our family trip much more enjoyable. Would definitely rent it again!

Great car for our 1 week rental in Virginia! First time living with a Tesla and it was great, the full self driving on long drives really helped and charging it at supercharging locations was easy. The pickup location was easy to find and the car was exactly where the owner said it would be. I was confused about how to go through the last verification process (I thought I couldn't do the selfie until I got to the car) but the owner was very patient with me. Our flight was delayed due to bad weather coming out of the Midwest but we were able to modify the reservation quite easily. The car drove very nicely. The whole ride was smooth, and the gas tank was very large so I was basically able to complete my whole trip before needing to fill-up for the return. Communication was great. The car was spacious and had no mechanical issues. I hope this car is available again the next time I come home.
