Loved the car and pick up and drop off were easy. The host could have responded more quickly to messages and also clarified the pick up procedure (I.e. no lockbox, key left inside with doors unlocked).

Micheal was a great host! Volva was in perfect condition, an excellent ride for the time we had it just as described in the picture and in the details we were able to change dates and it was quick and easy with his immediate responses to all my messages. Easy instructions on pick up and flexibility for drop off was incomparable to others. Really thank you Micheal for all your patience throughout the entire trip! We will defintely be renting again from you all.
