Great car, seamless handoff

upside: Host was very communicative and clear, pickup was easy, car was exactly where it was described and setup and ready to go. Photo at the car to prove we were there to collect lockbox code wasn’t obtrusive and increased security. downsides: (1) car was dirty, inside and out, (2) had been smoked in (smell); and (3) rear parking sensor was erroneously reporting, so regular alerts in traffic. Management team was aware of all three of these issues, yet chose to not disclose them, and chose to deliver the car with these (modest but impactful) issues. not ideal. I had the car washed inside and out before returning, hopefully that helps. All this being said, I’d return to rent this car from this host. everything was satisfactory and the car was appointed and functioned in line with my own Audi Q7.

Love the truck but it had quite a few issues that annoyed me all weekend. The parking sensor has a pop up and when you’re backing up it reacts as if something is behind you even when there’s nothing. The other issue is the a/c. At least 4 times I had to restart the multimedia system because the a/c fan speed dial would completely disappear.
