Quality of car was great but there was a mixup and I received a different car but Al fixed the problem

I'd never driven one of the new CRVs but it's a very nice ride. It could five adults comfortably and has a large trunk for suitcases.
Al was very quick to respond to all of my questions and very accommodating and professional.
