The response time was amazing, communication was smooth, and the entire process was stress-free. The car was clean, spacious, and drove like a dream. It was the perfect vehicle for my day trip with my daughter for her 12th birthday and truly helped make the day special. The ride was smooth, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everything we needed. The price was great, the host was very nice and easy to communicate with, and I would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommend! 🚗✨

Hi! We just wanted to thank you for letting us rent your car. We really enjoyed the trip and had a great experience with the car! We also wanted to let you know that the right low-beam headlight burned out halfway through the trip, so we had to purchase a new one. We have pictures if needed, just forgot to upload it for reference. We left the receipt for the replacement and the old bulb in the glove compartment. Other than that, everything went great! We also wanted to ask how the extra miles we drove would be charged. Thank you again!

The car was exactly as described and pictured; it was clean, and it rode well. Anthony, the host, was on time at pickup and drop-off. He is very friendly and helpful. The pickup/drop-off location is at a warehouse area, but it was very convenient and easy to find. I will definitely rent Anthony's car in the future and highly recommend him.

Before my trip, he made sure any questions or concerns were addressed, and he followed up to ensure the return process went smoothly. He was knowledgeable about all of the Turo app requirements and took the time to communicate with me by phone, not just through text messages. Since the app has some newer features, I found that personal communication especially helpful. The vehicle is an older model with leather seats and more traditional features, so it does not have a backup camera or some of the newer technology found in newer vehicles. Otherwise, it provided the comfort and standard features I needed. Most importantly, the car was reliable and got me safely from point A to B and C without any issues. If other Turo hosts are as attentive and professional as Oscar, I would gladly use Turo every time I need transportation while traveling to other cities.
