Johan was an exceptional Turo host from start to finish.
Our trip plans changed unexpectedly while we were in Virginia, and although we ultimately weren’t able to extend our reservation, Johan went above and beyond to help make the transition as smooth and stress-free as possible. Communication was excellent throughout the entire experience and he was responsive, flexible, proactive, and incredibly easy to coordinate with.
When our travel logistics became more complicated than originally planned, Johan worked with us to coordinate a convenient return location at IAD so we could seamlessly transition into our next rental. That level of thoughtfulness and customer service made a huge difference for our family.
The vehicle itself was exactly as described and the entire process felt simple and well organized.
I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Johan again and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, communicative, and accommodating Turo host. Thank you again, Johan!

This was the most perfect rental I have ever encounter with Turo. The service was impeccable and the accommodation to pick up and drop off was first class service. If you’re flying in and out of DCA or live in the area, use this Turo cause I know I will when I’m back in town.

The vehicle was very clean and presentable. It drove very smoothly and operated well. It had space for my oversized cargo with the rear seats folding down. Would rent it again for sure if I’m in DC!
