Host was amazing and very accommodating. We had a wonderful experience renting this vehicle! The Kia Carnival was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family vacation. The host was friendly, communicative, and made the pickup and drop-off process very easy. They provided clear instructions and were responsive throughout the trip. Unfortunately, we had an accident during our rental, but that was completely our mistake and not a reflection of the host or the vehicle. I truly appreciate their professionalism throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend renting from this host and would gladly rent from them again.

Good price, good van, has 0 tech, No back up camera, no blue tooth. Got the job done tho and nice host.
There was an issue with our booking, but that was on us. We had to cancel and rebook, and the Turo customer service agent made our start time later than what it was. I didn’t realize it until we arrived at the airport. Despite the issues, the hosts have been super accommodating, we’re truly grateful for them. The price for the van was fair due to some cosmetic issues. Some scratches/dents on the exterior, and some stains on the interior seats, but that didn’t bother us. The van ran perfectly fine, and the A/C was cold, which is all that mattered to us. Mahalo nui!

Eren’s Chrysler Pacifica was a great Turo rental experience from start to finish! Pickup, the vehicle itself, and return were all seamless. Eren was quick to respond and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. The van was clean, well-maintained, and in fantastic shape, and the mats made it super easy to keep clean during our stay. 10/10 would recommend renting from him! We even did a quick vacuum and wash before returning it because my parents always taught me: “Return things the same as or better than you left it!”
