The van was fantastic. It drove really well and didn't use too much gas. Am actually thinking about purchasing one myself now. The check-in process was not easy, with the van owner giving confusing and sometimes contradicting information, such as where the keys were located, how to access the van, and how to leave the parking lot (there was no parking pass as was indicated). It felt as it I was talking to both a real person and then a bot that generated automated messages. The owner was also late in sharing where the van was located, delaying the start of the rental, even though I was charged for it. Great vehicle...not as great of a rental experience.
