Pick and drop off was wonderful, very good communication. The vehicle itself could use some maintenance as we had to put air in a tire with a faulty sensor. The host did inform us that the sensor was faulty and that the vehicle was safe and it absolutely was! It’s just that the air did go low after a while and it was noticeably low, the valet driver at the hotel recommended we put air in it which we did. But other than that it was wonderful and the host were so easy to work with. I loved that they had a video of how to return the car as well! So helpful!!!!
