- NO EATING OR DRINKING IN VEHICLE - EXCESSIVE sand will result in a cleaning fee. To prevent excessive sand, please dust off your feet, body & clothes of any sand before entering the vehicle. You may also shower before entering the vehicle to help get off as much sand as possible. Please understand fine sand is very difficult to remove from the vehicle. - GAS: Vehicle is to be returned with the same amount of gas at pick up. If you choose to fill up, please use “UNLEADED GAS 87 OCTANE”. I also provide a pre paid fuel option under “extras”. - Primary driver to be present for pick up. Please bring your license with you. - Any secondary drivers need to be added on for insurance coverage, this is a no-fee add on but is compulsory if anyone other than the primary driver will be driving the vehicle. - Stay on paved roads - NO SMOKING - NO PETS - If a parking ticket is issued while the vehicle is in your possession, please inform us, we will request reimbursement through Turo. If we receive a letter in the mail, we will automatically add a $30 convenience fee on top of the fine. - If you are pulled over while the vehicle is in your possession, you need to inform us of the details of the traffic stop. Failure to do so will result with the case being referred to Turo and consequent action being taken at their discretion. - You will be given 1 full set of working keys for the car. For loss of keys, renting party will incur all costs associated with lock set replacement and new keys from the dealership. - The vehicle is not to be used for any ride sharing or food delivery services like Uber/Eats/Lyft/Foodora/Skip etc. - A diagnostic/GPS device is plugged in to help better serve you should anything go array with the car or if you need immediate assistance. Under no circumstance is this device to be removed or tampered with.

• Are pets or smoking allowed?

  No. Pets & smoking are prohibited for the safety of all persons. Any signs of pet hair and/or smoke odor are subject to a fee up to $200

• Is eating & drinking allowed in the vehicle?

  We kindly ask that there be no food or drinks in the vehicle to avoid spills, stains, ants, roaches, etc.

• How should the cleanliness of the vehicle be returned?

  We understand here on Oahu one of the top things to do is go to the beach. We also understand tracking sand is normal. We ask that you try to remove as much sand as possible from the vehicle. Some sand left in vehicle is ok.
