Amazing!!! they are great and the car drove great. For this to be my first Tesla that I drove it was convenient and easy to drive. The battery charging stations were new but definitely great.
Kelly went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were taken care of. We experienced an unexpected death in the family during our trip, and he was incredibly understanding and accommodating. When we needed to extend our rental, he worked it out so we could keep the vehicle we already had, even though it had been reserved by another renter. He arranged alternative accommodations for the other booking and made a difficult time much less stressful for us. Kelly was always available by phone or text and responded quickly whenever we had questions or needed assistance. His kindness, flexibility, and excellent communication made all the difference.
