I rented the Launch Edition Model Y with FSD and overall had a smooth experience. The host was extremely accommodating, responsive, and made pickup simple — locating the vehicle was effortless and everything matched the listing exactly.
A few things to note for future renters:
• The car didn’t include a J1772 adapter, which meant I couldn’t use the free hotel chargers and was forced to rely on Tesla Superchargers instead. Not a deal‑breaker, but definitely something to be aware of.
• The vehicle could have been a bit cleaner inside.
• The A/C didn’t seem to blow at full strength, and the small front monitor mount partially blocked airflow, making cooling less effective than expected.
Despite those minor issues, the car drove well, FSD was a great bonus, and the host’s professionalism made the rental easy and stress‑free. I’d rent from this host again — just recommend adding an adapter and adjusting the A/C setup for an even better experience.

After a nightmare travel situation, Michael and Kendra came through in the clutch for us at the last minute!! Excellent and prompt communication, and they were both very friendly and pleasant. Couldn't have asked for a better set of hosts, they quite literally saved our trip, and the car was absolutely amazing! The self driving is incredible, and the car has amazing torque that had no problem getting us up the steep hills of the rockies. We will definitely be back 👍🏼
