I rented the car and he didn’t give me a key. Made me download an app that didn’t work.
Hi, I just want to clarify, this guest didn’t communicate on the turo app at all, even though I tried to contact him several times. Initially I wasn’t able to give him a key, but I did give him access on the Tesla app. I corrected the issue by giving him another device with the key, going out of my way to accommodate him. He used that successfully for the remainder of the trip. I also gave him free charging, and I responded immediately every time he contacted me. One star is not a fair review.
