This car was excellent and the host Julian was wonderful.

Car was slightly dirty (the floor mats for the driver and passenger were pretty dirty from sand). Asked the host to have the car ready at dropoff at a specific time. They did not want to drop the car off at the designated time and leave it so I had to wait 20 minutes for them to show up even though I gave them multiple heads up on ETA. Also had to pay extra just for access to the Tesla app, which I have never had to do in the past on any other teslas I have rented.

Host was wonderful. Great communication. We were unfortunately rear ended by another driver while driving the rental. Host has been very helpful and supportive during that process.
