Our scheduled pick-up time was 8pm, but we weren’t able to access the vehicle until after 9:30pm because we needed the access code. After about an hour and a half of trying to reach Corey, speaking with Turo support, and going through several unnecessary steps, Corey finally called and explained that the issue was due to an oversight on his end. He was genuinely apologetic, took full responsibility for the delay, and I appreciated his honesty and accountability. Although the delay created a domino effect for the rest of our trip, we understand that mistakes happen. Once we were on the road, the vehicle drove great and we had no other issues throughout the rental. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would definitely rent from Corey again. Next time, I’ll just remind him to make sure his phone isn’t on silent! 😉
The 2024 Toyota Corolla I rented was absolutely fantastic for my one-week road trip around parts of VA, MD, and Washington, DC with my friend from the Netherlands who was visiting and seeing the US for the first time. We had no issues at all with the car and it took us up and down country roads, along the Skyline Drive, and through part of DC. The whole process of renting the car and then returning it went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Beach Transportation, LLC and will rent from them again if I am in need of a rental car in the future. Five stars all the way!
Ali was an amazing host. Our original car we rented was not returned in time for when we landed. Ali made quick changes to our reservation and offered us another car he had. Also made sure the new car was at the airport once we landed. We enjoyed the car it drove smooth, was great on gas. We would definitely rent from Ali again!
