Although the trip had a hiccup with a malfunctioning lock box, the host was more than prompt to immediately drive over and deliver a solution. Also, even just having the availability to reserve a rental today due to my own car issues really transformed a difficult situation into a positive outcome so I'm forever grateful. The car itself was very clean and drives great, I felt very secure in it but I am partial to Hyundai vehicles. Thanks again and I know which car to reserve for future trips!
