Came to Virginia to visit my daughter, and Enterprise wouldn’t allow me to rent a car because I don’t have a major credit card. A friend told me about Turo, so I hopped on and found Jason’s vehicle. The location was convenient, the check-in process was quick and easy, and the car was clean and reliable. It also sips gas, which was definitely a plus! I was running a few minutes behind for drop-off (about 8 minutes), so I texted Jason to let him know, and he was very understanding. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free experience. I’d definitely recommend renting from Jason!
The car was a smooth ride and very clean .. it’s an older car so it has extremely minor kinks but overall a great rental!!! Host was very responsive and even worked with me running late to drop it off!! Would rent again…

This ford was very outstanding and pleasant in appearance. The car drove so smooth and it is very roomy for a small family road trip. I definitely recommend this vehicle to all. We loved the “Famile” van! Zero problems or concerns. It was so much easier to pick up than a rental car company. The owner left the car in the short term parking lot right before we arrived and it was easy to find. Air conditioning is ice cold and everything worked great. Owner was super responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

The truck did us good just a few dirt spots on the arm rest and seat belt and i had to keep refilling the car up with gas super fast other than that it got me from point a to point b and i appreciate that

Excellent experience! We rented this van to take our daughter to VCU for college move-in, and it was absolutely perfect for the occasion. We had plenty of room for our family AND all of her dorm belongings, which made an already busy and emotional day so much easier. The van was clean, comfortable, spacious, and drove great.
