Our scheduled pick-up time was 8pm, but we weren’t able to access the vehicle until after 9:30pm because we needed the access code. After about an hour and a half of trying to reach Corey, speaking with Turo support, and going through several unnecessary steps, Corey finally called and explained that the issue was due to an oversight on his end. He was genuinely apologetic, took full responsibility for the delay, and I appreciated his honesty and accountability. Although the delay created a domino effect for the rest of our trip, we understand that mistakes happen. Once we were on the road, the vehicle drove great and we had no other issues throughout the rental. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would definitely rent from Corey again. Next time, I’ll just remind him to make sure his phone isn’t on silent! 😉

We enjoyed having the car delivered to our location. It made it easy for us to pack and just leave. We enjoyed driving this car. It was amazing and our special needs daughter loved having her own heated seat. The car was very clean inside and outside and smelled amazing inside. Upon our return the check engine light came on even though it was running fine. I that was due to the fact it’s due for its oil change. Because this light came on we did return the vehicle half full of fuel as we were afraid to drive it. We did reach out to the number provided through Hyundai and they said it should be ok to drive. I also send the owner a message regarding this problem. Overall we have a great trip and made wonderful memories. We will rent this vehicle again. ❤️

This was the perfect vehicle for our vacation. The host was amazing and even left a care package for us with water, snacks and eye masks. The vehicle is fuel efficient and drives smoothly. I didn't notice the entire trip (7 days) that the car comes with EZ pass for the highways, lol, but everything was amazing and I'd definitely book again.
