Kia Soul 2014

Top marks! Kenneth is an excellent host. This was my first time using Turo as my rental choice and he walked me thru all the steps on where to get his car, and how his lockbox works and where he put the parking ticket. His Kia Soul was perfect for my needs and easy for me to parallel park. And he managed to park very close to the airport terminal so I didn't need to drag my luggage far. I wish Turo notified me earlier on ending the rental return thru them. I notified Kenneth around 9:40 a.m. but Turo app only gave instructions to review his instructions. I kept checking but nothing popped until now (past 10:30 a.m.) that I was late on the return. That notification I got! But nothing by and before 10 a.m. So the app needs a little improving. But Kenneth was great. I highly recommend him.
