A/C was iffy but with nice weather we felt okay. Otherwise ran smooth and no concerns! Hosts were super helpful and responsive!
Thanks I was wondering about that. When I picked up I noticed the AC being not as cold too. I took it to the shop and fixed it before the next guest. I appreciate your understanding and I hope to do better on your next booking. Thanks!

Car pickup was great. This was my second time renting from this individual (host). All until it came down to returning the vehicle. As upon request for an extension during my original trip date- pickup/return time. The host became quite rude and very aggressive during our interaction. No empathy, neither respect nor understanding. Instead of attempts to accommodate before off-writing a guest, they refused to acknowledge my request. This experience turned me off completely from renting anymore. No joke. I rent often, so to be treated like this is outrageous. Car also had stains on seats and did not smell clean. In between the seats is nothing but crumbs and dog hair. Truly a disappointment. Furthermore, the host then attempted to charge me a refueling fee meanwhile (I’m refurbishing this review before I press submit). I know I refueled the vehicle back up to a full tank. Went to the extent to threaten that I wasn’t going f to be able use their vehicles anymore. Even after cutting my trip early and complying with set rules and procedures. I was inconvenienced big time and will never rent from this individual ever again.
Turo would not allow guest to extend the trip because the car was already booked by another person. Once I explained this to the guest they said selfishly ignoring the next reservation, “well I don’t want to cut my trip short.” I had to make arrangements with the next guest and almost cancelled the next reservation. Did not communicate back for 24 hours and did turn it in an hour early but I had no clue if they would or not. This retaliation review. Guest is 4.3 for good reason. Gas 7/8 full
