Everything went very well with this rental! There are just a few areas of improvement to help smooth out a few things to help make things even better.
- pick up location of the vehicle could have been more precise. I picked up the vehicle at night and it wasn't parked at the address provided instead a further down the street that was already very dark, so I drove around for a bit before reaching out to the host. The host did respond fairly quickly though.
- there was a little bit of shaking when the car picked up speed on the highway. I think that might be a simple alignment or tire fix.

Brittany was more than helpful assisting me with the process from start to finish. First time using turo so I was unfamiliar of everything. Vehicle was clean and drove really well.

This was a great and spacious car. Host was PHENOMENAL:). Loved her response time and was very easy going to communicate with. I recommend this for anyone with a large family wanting to take a trip. Her service was exceptional
