Just the way it should be when renting on Turo. Easy, efficient, communicative, good price. Hope to rent again!
We had a great experience with this rental. The vehicle was very clean, reliable and clearly well maintained, which gave us peace of mind for our family trip. The Norfolk pickup location was also very convenient. The hosts were responsive and accommodating throughout the trip. We really appreciated that. Overall the convenience, cleanliness, reliability, and service made for a positive experience. I would definitely recommend them and would consider renting from them again.
The best host! Great response time and is very accommodating. I’ve rented 2 vehicles and both came in great condition with zero issues. This car is great on gas if you’re looking for a smaller SUV. Def will rent from this host again if I need a car in the future
Great turo rental with Brandon. Very responsive to questions and flexible. Would rent from Brandon again
Definitely recommend!!!! The hosts that provided this jeep renegade were on time at pickup and drop off and provided a clean vehicle that ran smoothly with no issues at all. The hosts were accommodating when I had to extend the time for using the rental and they were easily accessible. I would definitely rent from them again if the time calls for it!!!
Great host and a smooth reliable truck. Will rent again on my next trip.
Car was great and in perfect condition. Great on gas and the host was very accommodating. My flight was delayed and it was a few hours after pick up but he checked on me to make sure I got in ok and got to the vehicle. Would rent from him in the future if I needed a rental.
Love the car...it drove so smoothly...I will rent that car again...out of all the cars I rented it was the best one so far
Reagan was an excellent host from start to finish. Communication was clear, friendly, and helpful, which made the entire rental process easy and stress-free. The 2025 Honda CR-V was clean, comfortable, smooth to drive, and perfect for our trip. Pickup and drop-off instructions were simple and well organized. I’d definitely rent from Reagan again and highly recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable ride.
The host was very sweet and will work with you if the rental needs to be extended. I will definitely be renting again!!!
I appreciate having an actual on site pickup; I have had others claim an onsite pick up in the past but that wasn't the case. The hosts communicate well. The car was very clean and well maintained. The price was reasonable. I would definitely rent again.
Everything was seamless and perfect! This was awesome. Way better than a typical rental from a big company
Everything was great They say don’t smoke and we didn’t but obviously others have the car smells a little smoky? Otherwise an amazing vehicle in great shape and A/C worked great which you need in Va! Everything is well thought out and smooth. Rent with confidence
The car was parked at the airport and labeled easily to find. The written instructions on how to enter the vehicle was also very clear. The car was IMMACULATE and you would never know this is a “rental” vehicle.
Car was exactly as described. Check in and check out were seamless. Perfect communication. Would definitely recommend if a smaller SUV is what you're looking for!
