Terrible experience. I never ended up getting the car at all. The pickup/access process didn’t work, and despite my efforts, I was unable to access the vehicle. It completely disrupted my plans and was a huge waste of time

This review is inaccurate. The vehicle was ready for pickup. You asked if your nephew could pick it up after your flight was rescheduled, but Turo requires the booking guest to be present, so I could not release the vehicle. You later asked me to cancel the trip, but guest cancellations must be handled through Turo Support. The pickup process worked as intended; the trip could not proceed because you were not present for pickup.
Reagan was a great! The car was clean and easily accessible on pick up. Definitely will return.
