It was SO easy to pick up the car. The host was communicative and helpful, and we appreciated the bottled water and welcome bag after our long travel day.

This was the best rental experience ever! Not only was the car easy to find with great instructions, but the RAV4 was very nice! The little goodie bag was such a surprise treat too. Overall, amazing communication and response time and super easy rental with a great and reliable vehicle!
