Smell could have been fresher. Apparently the previous renter was a smoker and the smell was still present

It took three hours just to get my rental due to a technical error. When I got the vehicle, it smelled heavily of marijuana in tobacco. I will never rent from this company again.

We respectfully disagree that the vehicle had a smoke odor. Our vehicles are cleaned after each guest, and we use odor-control products before every trip.
The three-hour delay was due to an issue outside of our control and was not caused by us. If there is ever anything we can genuinely help with, we are always happy to do our best to assist our guests.
