Jeep rental in Scottsdale, AZ

I wasn’t even planning to rent a car, but on September 17th around 9 PM my buddy called to say my own car wasn’t suitable for the mountain trip we had planned the very next morning (Sept 18th). I needed a 4x4 urgently, starting at 6 AM, but every airport rental was sold out. Honestly, I thought no host on Turo would be awake or willing to help at that hour. Then I found Jesse’s Jeep 4x4 and booked it without hesitation. Right after booking, I texted him and explained my situation — I needed to swap cars and find a safe place to park mine. Jesse immediately responded, even late at night, and kindly told me I could leave my car near his house (saving me from paying for 4 days of airport parking). The service Jesse provided was top-notch. He answered my texts back and forth until nearly 1 AM, made sure I was all set for the 6 AM pickup, and even checked in again around 8 AM to make sure my trip started smoothly. That kind of dedication is rare! The Jeep itself was clean, well taken care of, and absolutely perfect for my trip. I returned it safely with no issues, and I can confidently say Jesse is the best host I’ve ever met on Turo. So if you’re considering renting from him — don’t think twice. Jesse is the man. Friendly, reliable, and genuinely cares about his guests. Thank you, Jesse, for everything!

Charles was an exceptional host from start to finish. The car was impeccably clean, well maintained, and drove beautifully throughout my trip. Communication was equally impressive. Charles was consistently quick to respond, reassuring whenever I had a question or concern, and incredibly flexible and accommodating throughout the entire experience. Started off a little rocky, but they definitely made up for it by making sure everything was handled and the car was good to go. I’m blaming the full moon on that one 😂🌕 Overall, they were communicative, made sure things were taken care of, and I’d absolutely rent from them again and again. Would definitely recommend!

Javier was very easy to work with and great communication wise. The car was easy to pick up and was in perfect condition. It drove really well and was surprisingly good on gas.
