The car pick up/drop off was easy and the host was great and answered in a timely manner whenever I reached out. The only issue I had was that the key fob did not want to unlock the car at times and it kept falling apart. I made the host aware of this the moment I picked up the car and they took note of it. Other than that, my trip was great and I had no issues with the car. I will definitely use this host again whenever I need to in the future. Thank you!
Great running van took us where we need to go safely and God is back safe
Eric has great communication skills, which is highly appreciated. Pickup location is quite safe with low traffic, so it was super easy. Car was fine, though there is a rock ding in the windshield that should be addressed before it spreads. I'd readily rent from Eric again.
