The car was in terrible condition when I arrived for pickup. It had dog hair EVERYWHERE, bald tires, the door handle was missing, and it smelled like a doggy daycare inside. I understand you can’t fully control what previous guests do but it would’ve been thoughtful to at least vacuum the car out and left an air freshener inside. This is my first negative experience with Turo. I was left highly disappointed but the good thing was I was able to cancel my ride immediately.
