The car was good except for a back window brake light that would not go off, we were worried that it would drain the battery. They had no option for us, so we made it work. Pick up was good but we had to message a few times for it to be unlocked. But drop off was a disaster. The garage was closed that they assigned for us. After multiple phone calls they couldn’t offer any help, partly because of poor communication and lack of options. No help what so ever. We parked in a parking garage of our choice and walked to the airport. Luckily we had 3 hours, we used it. Not good for our first experience with Turo.
