I wasn’t able to use the car because immediately after I picked it up the battery died and I wasn’t going to be able to arrive to my event on time and had to find other transportation. The change oil light was also on. Owner communication was clear and quick. I’m assuming they came quickly to fix the battery issue but I asked them to just take the car from me because I couldn’t risk getting stranded with a dead battery far from home. I’m not sure when they came to fix/get the car as I went on with my day after it wouldn’t start. I did not leave any lights on to cause the dead battery. When I inquired if I could get a refund since I wasn’t able to use the car, the owner kept reading my messages but refused to respond.

You never told us it needed an oil change. If you would have told us we would have replaced it right away! Sometimes the light pops up in the middle of the trip and we need to be made away. 4 stars on a maintenance rating because an oil light popped up in the middle of our trip is no fair to us as you never made us aware.
Host left clear details to follow. Needed car immediately and had no problems as well as extending trip with ease.

Started off a little rocky, but they definitely made up for it by making sure everything was handled and the car was good to go. I’m blaming the full moon on that one 😂🌕 Overall, they were communicative, made sure things were taken care of, and I’d absolutely rent from them again and again. Would definitely recommend!

I take pride in keeping my vehicles pristine, thoroughly cleaned, and fresh for every guest. After your return, I personally inspected the vehicle and there was absolutely no unpleasant odor—it smelled clean with our light vanilla scent. Not liking a scent is personal preference, but claiming the car “smelled” is misleading and gives future guests a false impression. You were charged for not returning the tank full, but that does not justify posting inaccurate information. Facts matter.
