The car has little cosmetic defects but everything works perfectly and you get the Mustang for basically the rent price of Corolla! Smooth communication and very good experience! Thank you!

The car quality was great. Seats were comfortable and spacious. Just bring an aux cord and a 9v and 12v car charger for phones or electronics. There was no usb or usb c outlets to plug anything in. Everything else was exactly as described. Would love to rent this van again.

I talked my husband into trying to rent using Touro and he reluctantly agreed. I booked a Ford Bronco Badlands and prayed. We arrive in San Diego around dark on Monday night, navigated our way to the pick up location - which is very close to the airport - and met Mauro where the loveliest Ford Bronco waited for us. We requested the 'convertible experience' so Mauro had the car ready for us. There was no delay on arrival and after a quick review of the car we were on our way. The car was perfect for the perfect weather in San Diego. The 3 days that we had the car we had no issues, Mauro checked in with us regularly and made sure we were all good. When drop off day arrived the communication was again exceptional and we had no problems navigating our way back to the drop off location. To top off an already excellent experience, Niem (sorry for the spelling) drive us to the terminal where we sailed thru check in well ahead of our flight. My husband said 'he would definitely rent from Mauro again' and I completely agree. Excellent job gentlemen. We will see you again

The car was a 2016 Ford Fiesta with 104K miles. We only needed a vehicle for a few days and for local day trips only. Leni's price was the lowest so we gave Leni our business. After the initial contract terms were set, we decided to extend a day and also asked if we could bring our two small dogs in the car with us. Although she was somewhat caught off guard by our dog request, she quickly pivoted and said if we paid the Turo pet fee, she would be fine with it. On delivery day, she was on time. The car was thoroughly clean and for a 10 year old car, it had only a few cosmetic defects, none of which affected the drivability of the car. During the rental, the car ran well without any issues! And on return day, Leni was prompt in meeting us for the transfer. One final note - Leni is a vibrant, cheerful person and was so positive throughout the entire transaction.
