10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My new go-to Turo host in the San Diego area! Huge shout out to Sam for a smooth in-person return process!

Mauro's service is awesome! Communicated effectively and met all wants and needs. It was our first time using Turo and glad we had Mauro to help us with it. 10/10 recommend

I talked my husband into trying to rent using Touro and he reluctantly agreed. I booked a Ford Bronco Badlands and prayed. We arrive in San Diego around dark on Monday night, navigated our way to the pick up location - which is very close to the airport - and met Mauro where the loveliest Ford Bronco waited for us. We requested the 'convertible experience' so Mauro had the car ready for us. There was no delay on arrival and after a quick review of the car we were on our way. The car was perfect for the perfect weather in San Diego. The 3 days that we had the car we had no issues, Mauro checked in with us regularly and made sure we were all good. When drop off day arrived the communication was again exceptional and we had no problems navigating our way back to the drop off location. To top off an already excellent experience, Niem (sorry for the spelling) drive us to the terminal where we sailed thru check in well ahead of our flight. My husband said 'he would definitely rent from Mauro again' and I completely agree. Excellent job gentlemen. We will see you again
