Car was great, clean, new, just as advertised. However, communication amd logistics were a nightmare. When I booked we agreed on a drop-off location. Instead, late the night before, I get a different address where I am told I could pick up the car. I tried to call multiple times, both numbers, plus messaging on the app and no response until hours later. I then asked for reimbursement for the rideshare I had to take to get the car and it's been crickets. Really disappointed in the service and lack of communication.
