He was truly a great host. I would definitely rent another car from him if I needed one again. The instructions for picking up and dropping off the vehicle were excellent. We had an issue with the first car, but he immediately swapped it for another one at the same price. I would certainly recommend him.

For clarity, the pickup took longer due to multiple issues with the verification photos you submitted, including blurry images/missing selfie with the license photo. Despite this, I still worked with you throughout the process to complete the verification so the trip could proceed rather than being marked as a no-show as I was advised by support. I always aim to be flexible and help guests complete the process successfully.
