Pick up was easy, the rideshare was more than anticipated so factor in up to $40 round trip in addition to the rental. The car worked great and the host was responsive! The previous renters left some Candy/trash in the car but the host promptly responded with an apology and refunded a day rental fee. Would rent again for sure!! Super grateful for the customer service.
This was my first trip booking a Turo and my experience with Superb Car Rental was excellent. Our Uber dropped us off us off at the wrong location (that was on uber not the instructions we received from Superb). I messaged Superb who responded immediately guiding us to the correct location. The VW Tiguan was a great choice. It was super clean and drove amazing. Plus fit my 6’4” nephew without any issue. Next time we visit San Diego I will be booking with Superb Car Rentals again! Thank you for making our quick trip so easy!

Awesome rental! The car was super clean; just as clean as I keep my own cars which is a high bar for me. The technology in this car is great; automated cruise control; lane assist; Apple CarPlay with a great sound system; parking sensors on all corners; the eight-speed transmission saves gas; and the third row of seating is a nice feature just in case you need the space. I would definitely rent this SUV again.
