Andrey was amazing! I had to keep changing my trip as things were changing spontaneously and they were so accommodating. Car was clean, smelled nice, and drove very well. Will definitely rent again in the future.

Vlad was punctual and very understanding when I took a little longer to wash and vacuum and get gas in the car there toward the end of the trip when my Zoom meeting ran long prior to drop off. I appreciate the vehicle. There are some stains throughout the vehicle and the front bumper has damage all like that when I received the vehicle just so anyone looking to rent knows that, but Vlad is awesome and the vehicle ran great, served its purpose while my mom was in town and my vehicle was in the shop. Vlad was super on top of it very communicative. In fact although my mom is back home I decided to rent another vehicle an suv from Vlad simply because that’s what I’m used to, while my vehicle is still getting fixed so needless to say Vlad is awesome and anyone and everyone should always look to Vlad to rent a vehicle on Turo. Even though there was a little inconvenience to my reservation. My host was very well persistent with responding back and we were both able to work things together. Thank you so much for the patience and understanding. As for the actual team member from turo they need more practice on costumer service. Overall the trouble was figured out thank you once again.

Michael was awesome. Never thought I would choose to drive a Prius, but would totally go back. The car was great, the service was fabulous, and the whole team was so communicative. If I ever need to rent a car again, im immediately hitting Michael up.

The host was very communicative and easy to reach. He messaged me ahead of time to let me know about some pre-existing damage that wasn’t listed in the original posting, which I appreciated. I also had to cut my trip short, and he was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Overall, I had a good experience. Will rent again and recommend.

This is a great little car. It drives and runs great, and gets insanely good gas mileage. It’s also sort of a fun little car to drive around. The host is absolutely prefect - the pickup and drop off was as simple and easy as you could possibly get. Absolutely perfect.
