Great experience. Car ran well and was perfect for commuting around the county. Tech was a little dated so connecting the phone requires a usb cable (type A, for data transmission). Good gas mileage and the smaller tank was great given current prices. Pick up was easy and I was able to extend a day without any trouble. I would definitely rent from Michael again.

So we are from Kentucky , And I was looking a month prior to rentals : I found Mr Michael’s Kia and for a very competitive and reasonable price so I decided to book : upon our vacation we landed mind you we are a family of 5 three kids and my husband and I . A week prior to our booking he had message me to give me a heads up or answer any questions I may have, the day prior to my booking he directed me to a video link on how I access the car and its safety features . On the day of our booking he provided us with an address and a quick message reminder that he is there in case of anything we might need to answer any questions . I booked the car for two weeks upon the pick up location and accessible pick up instructions they were a breeze !!! The car smelled amazing and it was thoroughly detailed , the car had no issues and was very good on gas . I felt safe in the vehicle driving my family through Los Angeles and San Diego , everything worked as it should and it was an amazing experience . Throughout our vacation he kept checking in with us and making sure we were safe and made sure everything was going well. He extended our time a little bit longer before our final drop off time , I will continue to book with Mr. Michael again in future vacations is absolute No question . The host was outstandingly, helpful, and understanding and a pure gentleman and a pleasure to work with and if I ever run a car, it would be definitely through him. Nobody else he knows how to treat a customer and take care of them and do things the right way and that’s what I’m all about. He’s probably the best client on your client list that you have in your business as far as how you treat someone and do business the right way he’s very outstanding and good at what he does.

I had a wonderful experience with Michael and this vehicle. I kept extending my trip and it was very easy. Michael is obviously a pro at Turo rentals and made sure to stay ahead of giving me the information I needed it when I needed it, so I never had any questions. The car gets GREAT MPG!! Equipped with Bluetooth, usb-C charging port and USB port, along with a cig charging whole thing. The sound quality is nice and loud. Seats are very comfortable and the trunk comes with a cover so your belongings stay out of the sun and unseen back there. Picking up the vehicle was very easy, and the car was clean and smelled clean as well. It had a full tank of gas. I had this car for over 2 months. It was awesome!!!
