My entire experience from the rental process, the vehicle all the way to the return process was stellar and exceptional. Garrett is a phenomenal host. Professional, courteous, and warm hospitality is how I would describe the experience. The 4Runner is amazing and has been everything I needed for my work trip out here in California. The 4Runner is in excellent condition. Garrett has even made sure to have a variety of cell phone charging options (mag safe phone mount, USB port option with multiple cable types) and thorough details regarding the rental. I have rented a few turos and this has been the best host experience and vehicle experience. For the next person renting, please take great care of this amazing 4Runner during your trip.
