This was my first time using the Turo app and Nicholas provided a great first impression to the app. I requested the car Monday when I landed in San Diego and he had it ready for me within an hour. I picked the car up with the detailed instructions provided and had a great time driving around San Diego. If I ever need another rental while visiting the area I'll definitely be booking with Nicholas again.
